We were delighted to see the Tour de France take to the roads of the Ain department on stage 5! A great reward for the Ville de Saint-Vulbas and the Communauté de Communes de la Plaine de l’Ain, loyal partners of our event year after year.
With Mark Cavendish’s historic 35th victory on the roads of the Grande Boucle, this day is sure to go down in history.
The party doesn’t stop here! Rendezvous in 10 days’ time for the… 36th Tour de l’Ain, including two starts in the Plaine de l’Ain (Saint-Vulbas and Lagnieu)!
On Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14, after our 2 stages, the Tour de France will be broadcast live on our giant screen (Bourg-en-Bresse and Lélex Station Monts Jura will be the two stage towns concerned).
